i have a benign bone tumor, a benign tumor in my liver and benign cysts in breasts. is this cause for worry? cancer runs in my family.

No: First, all women have breast cysts, little benign tumors in the liver are very common and almost never cause any trouble, and benign bone tumors aren't rare. You are not at increased risk. Second, worry serves no useful purpose. Keep up the usual cancer surveillance and enjoy your life.
