May be nothing: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Total white cell count of 11100 by itself is not a disease. Your platelet count is normal. If you do not have any symptoms, you should leave it alone.
