Acne: Hormonal versus stress are likely possibilities. Infection also a possibility. An exam would be helpful.

I do not know: Tough to say why over the computer. You may have an infection, or you may have cystic acne, an allergic reaction to something, etc. See a dr. For an evaluation as "pus bumps" on your face is important to get diagnosed and treated.
