What is a bump with puss in it on my face?

Need evaluation: Impossible to tell without seeing the lesion it can be a simple inflamitory acne lesion or something as bad as the head of a facial abscess. Provided no fever and NT getting worst wam soaks are a good start andif it bursts clean pressure to empty the puss. Its best to see a doctor maybe culture the puss and start antibiotics if needed.
