My knee has been hurting all day. making crackling noise & locking up & sharp and achy pains. i took tylenol (acetaminophen). im allergic to nsaids. anything i can do?

Yes: rest your joint, put some ice packs, and try to elevate your leg, wear a knee support, enough to support without undue compression, keep taking tylenol (acetaminophen) regularly, and see your doctor
