I ate a steak on thursday since then i am having a headache everyday now. tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't help. should i go to the er? ps: allergic to nsaids :(

Need more info: Symptoms could be high blood pressure. Steak is frequently cooked with a salt additive and salt will raise blood pressure in some individuals. Please make an appointment with your family physician very soon.

Not related: It is possible that you could have contracted a bacteria from improperly cooked steak (E coli etc) but I doubt that your headache is caused by it. MSG (which can trigger migraine) may have been used in the marinade but I'd not expect the effect to linger beyond 24 hrs. If you have a TMJ problem and the steak was tough, that may be another possibility Best to see doctor.
