See a dermatologist: Could be anything from nothing to Lyme disease, etc. Could be irritation from clothing. You need to have a dermatologist take a look. Some rare skin cancers can do this, but if there is nothing else like it on your body I doubt that that is the cause. Anyway, a dermatologist can get to the bottom of it.
