Red skin lesion: Without a picture, it is difficult to say. Is the spot uniform, of]R does it look like a "target?" Is it flat, or raised? While it could represent a reaction to the ant bites, the proximity to your injection site is worrisome. I would bring it to the attention of your treating physician.
