Same as usual : The temperature of the water doesn't matter; for PCOS in particular, there are no hard and fast recommendations, other than what is recommended in general. Most people with mild to moderate activity need about 10, 8-12 oz glasses of water a day--that's water, not soda or flavored drink, even if it's sugar-free.
