A member asked:

I have pcos and nutritionist recommended dietary changes and consuming a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water daily. i read acv can lower potassium would a tablespoon a day do that ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you are taking a usual mixed diet, a tablespoon of vinegar will not lower your potassium. Incidentally, taking vinegar has not medicinal effect. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
