Quackery: Don't waste your money on such nonsense. I can't even imagine what such a shot might be. Whatever it is, it won't work. I also don't know what it means to "reset" one's metabolism. Whatever symptoms you have that make you think your metabolism is abnormal, you should see a doctor and get reliable professional advice. Good luck.
