It's possible: Your height is determined by your genetics and by your environment. Nutrition is most significant contributor in your environment which contributes to your height. It's also important to get adequate rest and exercise. It you lead a healthy lifestyle it's possible you will grow taller. However, I am certain you look fine now at 5.2!
