Don't worry: Umbilical her OAS are extremely common, and only about 10-15% of them end up getting a repair. Consider surgery if it is enlarging, or bothering you. Consider the length of time the problem has been there - longer means less hurry to decide. There are many ways to repair it, probably the most popular is an open repair with a small mesh (ventral patch). Hope this helps!
