Not likely: Honestly most surgeons will avoid touching anything that they didn't surgically place if they can. And since most plastic surgeon's don't do hernia repairs(mostly the realm of general surgeons), they are unlikely to address possible mesh issues, while completing a panniculectomy or some variant of one.

Best to stage these: Should have a Gen Surgeon revise the hernia, let it heal the have the cosmetic repairs done Might I suggest a properitonedal approach to the hernia repair
