The doctor removed a 2.9 tumour in the parotit gland and he cut the nerve and now im in pain. what it can be done to decreases the pain.

Parotid tumor: Sorry to hear this. You facial nerve has been cut - you are having neuropathic pain. You should be placed on a Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pak, some Gabapentin or pregabalin, perhaps a NSAID and i would also use a topical gel (mefanamic acid, ketamine, tizanidine, menthol, camphor) that you can apply 4 times a day. Sometimes a nerve block may also help.
