Skin rash: I would say not likely related to your period. It is more likely some direct irritation of the skin in that area from something. Any contact with chemicals, strong soaps, perfumes recently that could have caused this? Use gentle non-soap cleanser and moisturize area. As always, if this persists or worsens, see your MD.
