I get red itchy rashes randomly on the inside of my elbows or knees about once a month. it usually goes away in about 10 mins. should i worry? does this indicate a larger problem? i do not have any known allergies

Unlikely: If the rash goes away by itself in 10 mins, I can't think of a serious illness causing this phenomenon.
