My skin gets itchy, when i scratch it, it turns to red spots. like rashes. i don't have food allergies. what could this be?

Angioedema!: Some people with stress release histamine in the skin. When scratching occurs, red welts occur. Try combining an over the counter drug like Claritin and zantac (ranitidine) (2x 75mg). I bet you get relief!
