i have a rash of dry bumps that started on my chin, worked its way up on my cheeks, forehead, neck and ears its not red, its itchy ans sensitive?

Reaction 2 somthing: More than likely a reaction to something (new skin care product, soap, detergent, fragrance, etc...) could be something else though, so should be checked and treated to give you relief.
