Radiculopathy: is when nerves coming from the spine are affected such as with a herniated disc. A plexopathy is when an area where multiple levels of nerves come together in a complex called a plexus. It is located away from the spine. From the plexus specific nerves are formed and proceed to supply a part off the body. They both involve nerve damage and can have similar symptoms but the treatment very different

Yes: A Radiculopathy suggests an irritation of a nerve in the spine. The nerves that supply the arms and legs run from the spine then through a plexus before they enter the specific extremity. So a plexopathy infers an abnormality at the level of the plexus. Pkexopathies are usually either post traumatic or from compression. There are so many treatment options, but it is based upon the specifics.
