Mild cervical radiculopathy treatment? bedrest help?

Neck pain: Neck pain that radiates to the arm or causes numbness in the arm can be caused by radiculopathy (pinched nerve). Best treatment is moist heat to the area, stretching of neck to relieve spasm, and Advil/alive, etc. if these don't help, see a doctor. You may need physical therapy or muscle relaxers. Bed rest does NOT help. Good luck!
