Sleep Requirement: Is a very individual thing. Some people need 10-12 hours, where others can do very well with 5-6 hours. You need to determine the amount of sleep that you function best with. Too much sleep can be just as detrimental as too little.

Sleep duration: Most people need 6 to 8 hours of sleep per night. If you feel like you need to take a nap in the middle of the day you're not getting enough sleep. Also if you feel the need to drink caffeine to keep you going more sleep is recommended.
