Not bad: His visual correction is measured in diopters. He Needs more of a correction to see clearly in His sinister (left) eye than he needs for his dexterous (right) eye. His vision should should be checked yearly as he grows. I usually suggest doing in late summer just before school begins. Anisometropia is just medicalese for not = correct in both eyes.
