5-9 servings fruit/v: Experts advise eating 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily- I would advise at least 6 servings of veggies and 3 of fruit. Basically, the more servings of veggies the better; ideally at least half our plate should have veggies. It is wise to eat veggies of all the colors of the rainbow.
