Good news: The best news is that the placenta is away from the cervical canal. This means you can have a natural birth. Fundal means the placenta is located towards the top of your uterus and posterior means that the placenta is located at the back wall of the uterus. G1 means that your placenta looks very healthy and is able to provide sufficient nutrients and oxygen to your baby.
