Yes : Placenta previa is never good news, but the cesarean delivery is easier if we don't need to deliver through the placenta. An anterior placenta previa for someone with a previous cesarean section can be a very difficult delivery. You will want to recheck the placenta position closer to term if this was seen on an early sonogram.
