Right lower abd pain: It could be a number of things, appendicitis, ileosacaral joint inflammation (saceroileitis), kidney stone, ovarian issues. You need a focused history by a clinician and further urine and imaging test to narrow down the possibility and treatment plan. Please do consult a doctor.
