I feel various discomfort in lower right pelvis, flank and lower back for two months. sometimes very, very slight pain, other times a tickle-like sensation around appendix, no other symptoms. what can this be?

There are many possibilities here, since so many organs are present in the pelvis in a young woman, particularly the urologic, gynecologic, and digestive organs, in addition to the low back. I would start with a good exam by your primary doctor or your gynecologist, including lab testing and a urine sample analysis. Good luck.
