Many treatments: First i would suggest a lumbar and pelvic mri. There are 10, 000 causes of lower back pain. Ovarian cysts, para ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, cervical or uterine cancer, endometriosis are just a few causes of pelvic pain which could radiate to your lower back. Other causes include intra-abdominal passes, inguinal or femeral hernias, degenerative lumbar or sacral disc s, bulging, herniated, disc.
