I've been having low back/right pelvic pain (2 in. above mons pubis/possibly where ovary is?) for a month now. i was told it could be a hip ligament issue, but i'm worried about it being an ovarian issue. how can i tell the difference between the two?

Examinations: 22yo female w. "low back/right pelvic pain" seeks differentiation as to pelvic ligament vs. ovary pain generation. Pelvic examination, by Gynecologist, w. ovary palpation arousal of ipsilateral pain suggests ovary. Low back exam arousing ipsilateral positive Fortin, Gillette & Forward Flexion Test Signs, elicited by an Osteopath, are pathognomonic for pelvic ligament disorder/pain generation.
