Venous insufficiency: "Cellulitis" often reflects venous insufficiency, which can also cause aching in legs and ankles? This is often bilateral and simple cellulitis is rarely bilateral. Have you had ultrasound w reflux studies, which shows this problem? Venous insufficiency is often easily fixed in Dr. office w local anesthesia. This may be key helping your symptoms. Hope this helps
