Elevation: can help. Assume that you were already placed on antibiotics. Acupuncture can also help to accelerate this process. Take care.

Are you sure: Are you sure it was cellulitis? This diagnosis is frequently wrong. If it was cellulitis and responded to treatment, including elevation, the swelling should promptly subside. Otherwise you may need some other therapy. For persistent symptoms, see a dermatologist.
