Probably ok: I would not make too much of a slowly declining total thyroxine (T4) as long as it is staying in the normal range. It could easily just be coincidental as thyroxine binds to protein and can be affected by protein levels in the blood. I would be more concerned if your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) was steadily rising at the same time; this might indicate evolving hypothyroidism. Review with doc
