Feel like Dancing ?: The key word in your question is dance. Dancing and bunion deformities just do not seem to go together without problems. You can certainly try the usual modalities that may offer some temporary relief at best. These include, but are not limited to, ice, ice/heat, NSAIDS(Motrin), topical gels(Zostrix) or even changing shoes. There has been some promising improvement of symptoms with Prolotherapy.
