Okay as long as...: It's okay to bend forward or squatting as long as not heavily straining like bearing down to defecate for constipation. Not doing this or that as common advice after TURP has been over-stressed to serve political correctness; in fact, common sense should be enough to guide average men on how & what to do after TURP; take easy with no heavy lifting and no strenuous bearing down; avoid constipation.
