A member asked:

In hot environments i usually get red over chest, face and sometimes shoulders . does this signal an illness or is it just something normal. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably normal: The body responds to heat by dilating it's blood vessels in order to dissipate heat. This can cause beet red coloration in some people who don't perspire as much as others whose skin doesn't redden as much.
