See your physician: This is vasodilatation - a local body response to try to dissipate heat. It may e a response to a medication. Occasionally, it represents a chemical response to a serious medical problem. Even when no cause can be found, treatment is available to decrease the dilatation and flushing. You need to see your physician so he/she can evaluate the situation, clarify it and treat it.
