Many drugs can increase liver enzymes with chronic use or due to acute overdosage. In and of themselves taking a dose of those drugs would not be high on the list of causes. Many causes must be considered, many serious. I am concerned that you are taking those drugs with a recent pregnancy and at least some alcohol use in the past. Good to be concerned about your health so maybe get off them

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual test results as higher than normal is not useful information. Wish you good health!
