Probably not.: Without a physical exam, it's difficult to know the severity of your injury, but if it only hurts a bit when you walk, you probably only have a mild atfl sprain and mild calf sprain. If it's a new injury (<72 hrs), then follow the rice protocol (google it) and limit activities which cause increased pain. If your ankle feels unstable, you can buy a relatively inexpensive ankle splint at the store.
