Remember : You're a minor so this should be reviewed with your parents and pediatrician. But any form of wrist pathology(problems) can lead to radiating pain towards the elbow. If you are not having wrist pain, the odds that concerning wrist pathology would only manifest with elbow pain it's rather unlikely.
