How do antiphysicotics affect a womans hormones in her 40's? dont they negatively affect an already stressed thyroid?

Depends on much. : Some increase prolactin, some might affect Insulin levels or sensitivity, some decrease cortisol. Their effects on hunger and satiety hormones also likely differ. I'm not aware of direct effects on thyroid or sex hormones aside from prolactin. Psychiatric symptoms themselves however are known to be associated with thyroid and other hormonal imbalances so i check them all. Hope this helps.

Stress test, echo, two week Holter all normal. Thyroid, other blood work all normal. Having fluttering/skipping/racing heart beat of varying duration, severity, and timing. Could this be stress/panic attacks or even a hormone imbalance?
