i would like to know would the thyroid hormone levels be high or low after delivery in a woman?

Either way: There is a very common condition called "post partum thyroiditis". It can cause fluctuations in your thyroid function leading to both high and low hormone levels. Sometimes it requires medication, but sometimes it levels out on its own. You may need to consult with an endocrinologist.
