Hyperthyroidism can cause weight loss, hair loss, racing heart rate, diarrhea, tremor, shortness of breath, swelling of the eyes out. There are other conditions that can also cause these symptoms. Bulging of the eye in front can be passed from family members and also can be associated with other things but of the more classic sign of hyperthyroidism. Stress can affect thyroid hormones

Hyperthyroidism can be diagnosed with simple blood test, available in most laboratories, Serum levels of TSH and free T4 are generally adequate for the diagnosis. Clinical signs and symptoms are not reliable indicators of this disorder. Wish you good health!
