No: There isn't any reason for anyone to do a lab test looking for Plan B in a patient. If it's important, the patient can just tell the doctor she took Plan B. On a side note, if a patient is checking her glucose, she can go first thing in the morning (after fasting overnight (water is ok to drink)), and get a Fasting Blood Glucose result that is more helpful in assessing her blood sugar status.
