Do nothing now: Of course what does your Urologist say ? Small cysts in Prostate are common and mostly benign . At 24 yrs why did you have US OF PROSTATE? There could be other problems with seminal vesicles..but I doubt that also. Your answers should come from your urologist. Best to you
