Yes: Could also be liver or splenic injury. One of the most common operations in a rural community is splenectomy after horse fall. You need a complete exam and lab. Also suggest CT of head/neck and abdomin. If you came into my trauma center that's what you would get

?migraine: Sounds like you had a migraine headache. Trauma such as happened to you can be a significant stressor triggering the migraine. Migraine can elevate temperature somewhat.
