Posttraumatic HA: headache is considered a form of secondary headache that occurs after head injury. In addition to headache, other associated symptoms frequently develop after head injury (dizziness, nausea) and the post-traumatic headache is often part of a post-traumatic syndrome.

Mild concussion: Sorry to hear about your injury. The symptoms of headache, dizziness and nausea suggest concussion. Best to give your self rest, both physical and mental.
