?Scarlet Fever?: Symptoms of sore throat, fever, nausea and rash can be due to Scarlet Fever which is a rash that accompanies a strep throat. The reddish rash starts on the head and neck and spreads to the body and extremities. The treatment is penicillin or other antibiotics. It's important to see a physician to see if you need antibiotics
