Neck if not heart: Any time one experiences chest pain with Jaw, shoulder and arm involvement, ruling out a cardiac cause is paramount. Once done though, your cervical spine can be the underlying trigger for most of these complaints. Have your doc look into your neck as the cause where you might need PT, injections and meds to clear things up.
