PID? Partner tests?: It sounds like you might have pevlic inflammatory disease (PID). This situation is too complex for short questions and replies; your doctors can answer much better. I'll add that PID is usually due to STD, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia, but not always; and swab tests can miss them. Your sex partner(s) should be tested. Sometimes that's the only way to know the cause of PID in affected women.
